• Nationwide Shipping: Our e-commerce store ships strictly within the United States. Risk of loss and title for physical items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

• Local Pickup: Certain products (such as our glass bottle originals) may be designated for local facility pickup only and cannot be shipped nationwide. Pickups must be made during our posted facility hours.

• Returns & Damaged Goods: Because our products are perishable beverages, all sales are generally final. However, if your product arrives damaged or punctured during shipping, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
